Nada Yoga Meditation
Nada means the sound that connects us with the deep, subtle part of our existence. Nada Yoga means the flow of energy or the flow of consciousness and is a powerful ancient meditation practice. In Raja yoga we are aiming to make the Mind one-pointed. In Nada yoga we are aiming to make the Emotion one-pointed. Through the practices of Nada Yoga the mind focuses on sounds that reduces the thoughts trafficking. Allowing the practitioner to realize and experience emotions. The tools in Nada Yoga are our voices, Sanskrit Mantras and the Indian Harmonium.
