Bahiranga Yoga and Heartfulness – the intelligence of the Heart
Bahiranga Yoga consists of slow, mindful movements and long-held, passive floor poses (asana) while focusing on becoming aware of the emotions that are experienced during the practice. The class is accompanied by the mystic sound of the Indian Harmonium, Sanskrit chants and ancient stories of wisdom. These components will lead us to our inner wisdom, the intuitive heart, heartfulness! At the pranic level, the nadis, the energy channels get unblocked, allowing free flow of the prana in the body, offering wellness and emotional relaxation.
