Feminine Energy
Practices in this class are designed to have maximum effect on the nervous system hormones, also to balance the endocrine system and the flow of Ida-Pingala Nadis (the two main energy channels in the body).
In this yoga class we are going to explore the ways of using yoga as a tool to:
- Get in touch with our bodies and listen to our bodies
- Recognize our inner rhythms and the energy patterns
- Remove the toxins, stress and blockages on the physical, mental, emotional, energy level.
- Create balance of Ida and Pingala nadis, and the endocrine system
- Recognize our center of power and creativity
